While being here, Vivarium is every coliver’s home, so we try to prioritize common sense and don’t have strict schedules/policies when it comes to quiet hours and visits in the house. However it’s important to follow some guidelines and always respect the principles of the community.

- We want to promote a healthy and professional atmosphere in the house. The parties we like are the ones in which we gather around the table, play guitar, have good conversations and enjoy a glass or two of wine.
- Our old doors are beautiful but also quite noisy and not very noise isolating. When arriving late at night or early in the morning, please try not to make loud noises to respect other people’s sleep.
- To ensure a peaceful and restful environment for all community members, we have Quiet Hours from 10:30 PM onwards. After this time, please be mindful with other colivers and keep noise levels to the minimum in the common areas.
- Day visits to the house are allowed as long as it is sporadic and accepted by the community. We encourage visits that add to our community's positive environment and don't create inconvenience for others.
- Overnight visits are allowed as long as you inform us in advance.
- For allowed visits from more than 3 nights, we’ll charge a weekly fee of 50 euros before their arrival.
- To maintain a comfortable and safe living environment, we have an occupancy limit for each floor in our coliving space. There should never be more than 14 people in each coliving floor.
