The coworking area is designed to provide an environment where we can work, collaborate, and spend time together. The intention is that it doesn’t only serve us as a workspace but also as a social area, where we can organize events, workshops and other gatherings.
Opening Times and access outside regular opening hours
- The coworking space is accessible 24/7
- If you access outside the regular working hours, you are responsible for the coworking space and its equipment during their time of use.
- Before you leave, ensure that you leave the coworking area clean and organized for the next person, and make sure that the space is securely locked when you leave.
Respect for Quiet Focus
- While in the coworking area, maintain a noise level that allows for focused work. Keep conversations at a low level and try to use the workspace in your room for meetings.
Sharing the space
- We all share the same space. Avoid monopolizing communal tables or workstations for extended periods, allowing others to use the space as well.
- We use the space for community events and workshops. Be aware of the weekly schedule in case you need to work during these times.
- Keep the coworking area clean after use. Dispose of trash properly and clean up any spills or messes.
- If you notice any maintenance issues, such as a malfunctioning light or a broken chair, let us know so we can fix it.
Booking a meeting room
We have limited private spaces in the coworking area, so we encourage you to have your calls from the room, especially if you anticipate that you are going to have many meetings during the day.
- If you need a private space for an important meeting or presentation, you can use the meeting rooms in the coworking area. Make sure to book it in advance using the whiteboard next to the coworking entrance to ensure availability.
